We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 07-day return policy under the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 07 days of receiving your order if:
The product is unused and in original condition
The product is in its original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and tags are included
You can provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number, confirmation email)
Note:
Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or not in original condition may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged products
Personal care items
Hygiene-related products
Sale or clearance items
Customized or special-order items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Order number
Reason for return
Photo/video of the product (if defective or damaged)
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund approval or rejection.
4. Refund Method
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
5. Return Shipping Cost
If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Insparkely will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns (change of mind, dislike, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, faulty, or wrong product:
Report it within 48 hours of delivery
Email us with photos/videos for verification
We will send a replacement or provide a refund at no extra cost
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the product within 07 days and place a new order for the desired item.
