Open & Check Before Pay
You have the unique option to open and check your parcel at your doorstep before making payment. This service is available for both Cash on Delivery and prepaid orders:
- Cash on Delivery: Open your package at your doorstep. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product, simply refuse the parcel on the spot.
- Prepaid Orders: If you are not happy with the product upon delivery, you can still return it right at your doorstep. Just contact our customer support, and we will process your refund within 24 to 48 hours.
This service is exclusive in Pakistan, ensuring that you receive the quality you expect without any upfront risk.
Damaged Product Claims
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. When reaching out, include the following details:
- Clear pictures of the damaged product
- Your order number
- A picture of the parcel slip
Complaints made after 24 hours cannot be processed, so please act quickly to ensure a swift resolution.
Shipping & COD Policy
- We ship all over Pakistan via trusted couriers. A flat PKR 220 shipping charge applies per order, regardless of weight or city.
- Orders with a COD amount of PKR 10,000 or above require a 25% advance online before dispatch. The remaining 75% is payable in cash on delivery.
- A 4% COD tax + cash handling fee is applied only to COD orders. These charges are collected in line with government policy for a transparent, compliant checkout.
- Paying by card or bank transfer — This 4% does not apply.
